What we collect
If you submit the matching form, we collect the age range, coverage amount, term length, self-described health status, ZIP code, and email address you provide. We collect standard server log data — IP address, browser type, pages requested — as any website does.
Why we collect it
To send you carrier suggestions and to understand which pages are useful. That is all.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with lead-buying networks or insurance agents. We do not use your health information for advertising or share it with advertising partners.
Who can see it
Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and are accessible to the site operator. If you click through to a carrier, that company collects its own information under its own privacy policy — we do not control it and you should read theirs.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state law. To make a request, email contact@termlifeplans.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond, then delete them.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above.
